Varanasi Cruise Price: A Transparent Pricing Guide
Cruise pricing in Varanasi can be confusing when it is not shown clearly upfront - this guide explains exactly how pricing works on this site, across scheduled sailings, celebration packages and add-ons.
Scheduled sailings: per-seat pricing
For a standard sailing (booked through our Morning, Evening or Dev Diwali booking pages), pricing is per seat, with a separate adult and child price shown for every sailing before you book. This price can vary by cruise category, time slot (evening and Aarti-timed sailings typically cost a little more than the same cruise in the morning) and date, especially around Dev Deepawali when premium pricing applies. The price you see for a specific date and time slot is the price you pay - there is no separate "convenience" markup added at checkout.
Private cruises and celebration packages: per-cruise pricing
When you book a private cruise or a celebration package (birthday, anniversary, engagement, wedding-related, kitty party or corporate), pricing is generally per cruise rather than per person, since you are reserving the whole boat. Each package lists its base price along with what is included and excluded, so you can see exactly what you are paying for before adding anything extra.
Add-ons
Decoration, photography, videography, musicians, cake and other add-ons are priced separately and shown on our Add-ons and individual service pages, so you can build up a total rather than guessing what a "package" quietly includes.
No hidden markups
We do not add undisclosed service charges on top of the displayed price. If your booking involves any custom arrangement - a specific catering request, an unusual route, a large group needing multiple cruises - we will always confirm the final total with you over WhatsApp or phone before the booking is locked in.
