Cancellation Policy

We understand travel plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling to a different date or time is generally possible subject to availability, and is easiest when requested at least 24 hours before your booked slot.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms (including any applicable charges) depend on how much advance notice is given and whether any add-ons (decoration, catering, musician) had already been arranged on your behalf. We will always confirm the specific terms with you at the time of booking.

Dev Deepawali Sailings

Because Dev Deepawali is our highest-demand night of the year, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable; cancellations made 7 or more days in advance can be rescheduled to another Dev Deepawali sailing that year, subject to availability.
