Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy terms confirmed at the time of your booking, and on how much preparation (decoration, catering, artist bookings) had already been committed on your behalf.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible, and we aim to process them promptly once approved. For a specific refund query, please contact us with your booking reference.
